Shipping policy

Most orders leave our warehouses Monday through Friday within 1 - 2 business days of being placed. Expedited orders placed by 10am PST will ship the same day. Next-day shipping options placed by 3PM will ship the same day. Free shipping on all orders above $150 is only available in the continental United States.

We do not sell open-box or returned items. Our QC team will routinely double/triple inspect finished products and reseal the packaging with DOS marked tape. Rest assured you have not received a returned item.

USA Shipping Options

Desert Overland Supply offers service from the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and FedEx for domestic orders. Unfortunately due to issues with USPS, we are currently not able to ship to PO Boxes.

International Shipping Options

We currently do not ship international orders. If there is an interest in international orders, please let us know at shop@desertoverlandsupply.com. This allows us to gauge whether to invest in the facilities required for international orders.
